This month, Anny Bodenstein and Nicki Kennedy will deliver a webinar on Coaching in the Age of Longevity
As working lives become longer, how can coaching support people to navigate the opportunities and challenges of later-life career transitions?
Anny Bodenstein and Nicki Kennedy will explore emerging research on longevity and its implications for how we think about careers, identity and purpose.
Drawing on their pilot Encore coaching programme, they will consider how developing psychological flexibility can help individuals work through uncertainty, reconnect with their core values and discover a renewed sense of purpose for the next phase of their working lives.
The webinar will conclude with an interactive Q&A exploring group coaching as a model for supporting people through these transitions, including the opportunities it offers for shared learning, reflection and connection.
